From I-95, Exit 25

• Turn left at tolls on to Route 35 South
• Follow Route 35 South and Kennebunkport signs through Kennebunk to Route 9 (approximately 5 miles)
• Turn left at lights onto Route 9 East
• Pass over bridge and through Kennebunkport Village, (Dock Square)
• Continue to follow Route 9 (east) to Cape Porpoise Village (approximately 2.5 miles) from Kennebunkport village
• At Cape Porpoise Village, Route 9 turns left, you will see our sign when you complete the turn, our motel is on the left side of the road, across from "Nunan's Lobster Hut".

Visiting from Boston

• Merge onto US-1 (north) toward Tobin Bridge
• Merge onto I-95 N toward N.H. / MAINE (All Points North).
• Take exit number 19, WELLS, and at the end of exit ramp turn left onto – ME Rt-109 (east)/ ME Rt-9(east)
• Turn Left onto US Route-1 (north)/Rt 9 (east) then turn right off of US-1 (north) onto Rt-9 (east) to Kennebunkport Village 
• Follow Rt-9 (east) over the bridge in Kennebunkport Village through Dock Square, stay on Rt-9 (east)
• Continue to follow Rt-9 (east) to Cape Porpoise Village. (approximately 2.5 miles) from Kennebunkport village
• At Cape Porpoise Village, Route 9 turns left, "Cape Porpoise Motel" is on the left across from "Nunan's Lobster Hut".
