Standard rooms, Efficiency apartment and Cottage rates include our signature continental breakfast, from June 18th thru September 12th. "MEMORIAL WEEKEND SPECIAL" Stay with us Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and you can have either Thursday or Monday night "FREE" on us. Make it a four day mini-vacation weekend; includes our popular fresh baked continental breakfast PRE-SEASON SPECIAL – Three night special-(April 1st thru June 18th, (Memorial weekend excluded): Stay with us two nights and receive a third night free! INCLUDING WEEKENDS. A two night minimum stay is required for “In-Season” weekends, (Friday and Saturday nights June 18 thru Sept 12)
SPECIAL REQUEST - Please call us with your early or late season inquiries; we may be able to customize a package for you. Consideration of pets is at our discretion. Please call to discuss. No smoking allowed in any of our accomodations. Our cottage (in season) rents by the week. It has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. It has a full bath, full kitchen with utensils, amenities, living room with convertible couch, TV w/cable, AC, rinnai heater and dining area. The cottage can sleep six comfortably. Our efficiency apartment (in season) rents for a minimum of three nights. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a couch/futon which opens into a full sized bed, full bath and full service kitchen, TV w/cable and AC. It can sleep up to four comfortably and is ideal for a mom, dad and a couple of kids. Double occupancy rate applies. Our kitchenette has a queen bed, a two burner stove/sink counter top and a 3/4 size refrigerator, with cooking utensils, tableware and a small dining nook, full bath, TV w/cable, AC and electric heat. Perfect for two people. Our standard room has a queen bed and a single bed. (We have one room with two double beds,and one room with a queen bed and a double bed), TV w/cable, AC, mini refrigerator, electric heat, coffee set up and the double occupancy rate applies. All accommodations include our signature continental breakfast, in season. Telephone for guest use is available in our office. We also have, Wireless Internet access. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Travelers Checks and Cash.   
POLICIES - All accommodations are NON-SMOKING. Please be considerate of others if smoking on the grounds. Please be advised there will be a $150.00 cleaning charge applied to your bill, at our discretion, for smoking in the room to eliminate excessive smoke odor.
- Standard rooms are double occupancy with a $15.00 charge for each additional guest over the age of six years.
- We have a “Peak Season” two day minimum stay for weekends (Friday + Saturday nights) three day preferred minimum for July 4th, Memorial and Labor Day weekends.
- Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Flexibility will be considered upon special request, and reservations permitting.
- A fifty percent deposit is required to book and confirm your stay in standard or kitchenette rooms. Refundable if cancelled up to fourteen days prior to arrival date, less a $25.00 service charge. The cottage and efficiency deposits are only refundable if and when they are re-rented. If you must cancel on short notice, every effort will be made to rebook the accomodation so that we can refund your deposit minus the $25.00 service charge.
- Consideration of pets is at our discretion. There will be a minimum one-time cleaning fee of $25. Additional costs for damage or replacement may be charged at our discretion. No pets may be left unattended on the premises, in a room or in a vehicle. Owners and their pet may be asked to leave at any time if the animal is deemed a nuisance.
- Late arrivals are OK! Please call to inform us so check-in arrangements can be made.
